Here's a sweet story about a man who found a kidney donor via Facebook. I'm worried, though, that this might set a bad precedent. Sure, you might be giving away your kidney to somebody who really needs it, but how can you know for sure? They might be a fiendish Brit looking to enjoy a delicious steak-and-human-kidney pie.
